A.Charles Darwin has completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai and has completed his law degree from Basavashree College of Law, Kolar. He enrolled as an Advocate in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu. He is well-versed with legal documentation, Constitutional Law, Civil Law and specializes in the field of Property Law, Real Estate transactions (from registration to all approvals) and Corporate Laws with emphasis on corporate transactions. He further has experience in the field of Winding up and Liquidation of Companies and is a trusted associate of Senior Advocate Mr.M.Ravindran and was working under his guidance for more than a decade.
